To schedule a visit please email the Guest Secretary. We do not take reservations by phone, however, if you have questions, we can be reached by phone between the hours of 10:00 am and 4:00 pm Pacific Time. We are unable to return phone calls due to long-distance calling costs.

Once your visit has been scheduled to Our Lady of the Rock, make your way to Anacortes, Washington and catch a ferry to Shaw Island located in the San Juan Islands, where Our Lady of the Rock is located. You can either bring your car or bike onto the ferry and then drive or cycle to the Monastery, or you can walk the 3 miles from the ferry terminal. Due to the fact that our physical address is not listed on our website, you may seek directions from us when arranging your visit. If needed, someone from the Monastery can pick you up at the Shaw Island terminal.
Directions to the ferry and the current ferry schedule can be found at the Washington State Ferry website. If driving, it is highly recommended to make a reservation and arrive at the ferry terminal an hour in advance during the peak season and on Thursday and Friday evenings year-round.
